		<description>Josh - I struggled with the same problem.  I tried it once and found it fun but saw no value in it.  I decided several weeks ago to make another run at it.  I have now found a few things of value in "tweeting":

* It's a great way for me to follow things like Health 2.0/Ix conference w/o being there.
* It's a great way for me to share simple things like "see this cool article" that weren't worth posting to the blog.
* It's an easy memory jog for me to post something to elaborate on in the blog later.
